Pricing FAQ

Is there any commission on my sales?

Absolutely not. We charge 0% commission on your sales. 100% of your revenue is yours. The only transaction fee is Flutterwave's standard processing fee which goes directly to Flutterwave, not us.

What does the monthly subscription include?

Your monthly platform subscription includes all apps, admin panel, regular platform updates, and support. Hosting (cloud server, SSL, CDN, daily backups, 99.9% uptime) is billed separately starting at R 1,499/mo for Basic or R 2,499/mo for Premium.

Can I save money with annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% on the platform fee. Starter drops from R 799/mo to R 649/mo (billed R 7,788/year). Business drops from R 1,499/mo to R 1,199/mo (billed R 14,388/year). Note: the annual discount applies only to the platform fee — hosting is always billed monthly.

Do I need to purchase hosting separately?

Yes, hosting is a separate monthly charge. Choose Basic hosting at R 1,499/mo (1 vCPU, 2GB RAM, 50GB SSD) or Premium hosting at R 2,499/mo (2 vCPU, 4GB RAM, 80GB SSD). Both include SSL, CDN, daily backups, and 99.9% uptime.

Can I upgrade from Starter to Business later?

Yes! You can upgrade anytime. Your existing data, products, orders -- everything stays safe. The upgrade is seamless with zero downtime. You simply start paying the Business plan rate from the next billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your store will go offline after the billing cycle ends. Your data is kept safe for 30 days. You can reactivate anytime by resuming your subscription.

Do I need to buy a domain separately?

Yes, you'll need your own domain (e.g., yourbrand.com). You can buy one from GoDaddy, Namecheap, or any registrar. Domain connection and SSL setup is included free.

Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden charges at all. You pay the platform subscription + hosting. That's it. Third-party costs like Flutterwave transaction fees, delivery charges, and SMS costs are separate and go directly to those providers.

Will I get the source code?

No, this is a fully managed SaaS platform. We handle hosting, updates, maintenance, and security. You get admin panel access to manage your store. This means you never have to worry about technical issues -- we handle everything.
